Roles And Responsiblities 1.      Provide office requirements including Stationery and Pantry Materials for the company and maintaining records of it.

2.      As per requirement providing Sim cards, Visiting cards and basic Stationery / Pantry materials to branches.

3.      Printing/Issuing company Id cards & Access cards to new joinees and maintaining records of it.

4.       As per requirement provide office marketing materials to branches and maintaining record of it.

5.      Handling office expenses, billing cycles and coordinating with accounts department.

6.      Taking care of office assistance with their performance, attendance and over time.
Knowledge of EPABX machine

7.      Handling Designing part of Company. ( Basic Knowledge of coral draw, Photoshop)

8.      Vendor management, vendor Negotiation & maintaining payment reports of vendors.

9.      Knowledge of Travel bookings (including Domestic and International Flights/ Hotels / Trains) for employees & employer.
